Praying For Pets In Nicaragua
Hundreds of dogs, many dressed as babies or clowns, were taken to celebrate mass in Masaya Nicaragua on March 9, an annual ritual where the owners pray for their pets to be cured or avoid falling ill.
A long queue of Catholics, carrying their pets or leading them on leashes, waited their turn to pass by an image of San Lazaro.
The faithful thank the saint for curing their pets or ask for the dogs to be protected from illness. The town's priest always conducts a special canine mass.

The Mail Carrier ,Rottweiler & Pit Bull Mix aka Judge & Justice
A mail carrier was trapped inside her car for nearly two hours at a home near Hanover after a pair of dogs attacked her tires, flattening three of them.
When the police arrived, the dogs attacked the cruiser's tire as well.
Authorities were preparing to tranquilize the dogs Judge and Justice, a Rottweiler and a pit-bull mix, before the surprised and apologetic homeowner arrived.
Stephanie Dekelbaum, the dogs' owner, called them "generally sweethearts" and blamed the attack on a tire toy the dogs had recently been given.

Dog Saves Abandoned Baby
A newborn baby abandoned outdoors in winter by her 14-year-old mother was found safe in a dog pen with a mother dog and her brood of puppies near the city of La Plata.
The dog's owner, Fabio Anze, found the naked baby girl on Thursday, being kept warm among his dog China's puppies. Anze called the police and the baby was taken to a hospital.
Egidio Melia, director of the Melchor Romero hospital, told television and newspaper reporters that the baby was just a few hours old when she was found, and was in good health although she had some bruises.
Nighttime temperatures are chilly but not freezing in the Southern Hemisphere winter in the rural area around La Plata, 40 miles south of Buenos Aires.
Police said they had located the 14-year-old girl who gave birth to the baby outdoors during the night.
It was not clear whether the mother left her baby in the dog's pen or whether the dog found the baby outdoors and carried it in to join her puppies.

Dog Ten Commandments
A PET'S TEN COMMANDMENTS.........
1. My life is likely to last 10-15 years. Any separation from you is likely to be painful.

Cute Pitbull Mix Puppy
Piggy's dad says: His name is Piggy because my fiancee thought he looked so much like a pig when he was first born. He is a pit bull mix and my fiancee fostered him along with his siblings until we could find good homes for all of them. We decided to add another member to our family after we fell in love with him.
