Mulligan's Mom says: “Mulligan has so many favorite activities. Notable ones include barking at the air conditioning vent, chasing birds and squirrels, napping in the hamper, and keeping an eye on the front yard. Mulligan came from petfinders.com and was rescued from a puppy mill in Ohio. He now lives with his mom, Debbie, where he goes to graduate school with her daily.”
