The First Metropolitan Police-dogs”

Published in The Illustrated London News, 1938

Front cover photograph showing two London policemen with the first Metropolitan police-dogs in 1938, thirty years after the first dogs were used by the North Eastern Railway Police to patrol Hull docks.
