Pet Airways Landing in St Louis

Pet Airways, Inc. announced today that it will begin serving Lambert-St. Louis International Airport later this year. As its name suggests, the flight service is dedicated to the comfort of pets - referred to in its literature as Pawsengers - and serves 14 destination cities. Translation: no human passengers. An in-flight Pet Attendant monitors the passengers in a climate-controlled cabin.

Pet Airways launched flight operations in 2009 and currently serves destinations across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Omaha, Chicago, Baltimore, New York, Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale. Orlando, Houston, Austin and Dallas were recently announced as new destinations with flights beginning this summer.
